Costumecase offers expedited shipping and standard shipping for all orders. We charge $9.9 for expedited shipping which will cost 5-7 working days for delivery. For standard shipping which cost 7-10 working days, we charge $6.9. Please make sure you have entered the right shipping address. We will no be responsible for re-shipping if you provide us with an incorrect address.

As long as we receive your order, we make every effort to ship as soon as possible. For costume-made items, we need more time to prepare. Once the costume is ready, we will send it out for you.

We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide us with a physical address we can ship your costumes to. We are not responsible if you have provide us with a wrong delivery address. Re-shipping of the products will be on your expense if you give us a wrong shipping dress.

Regularly, all items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. When you purchase in costumecase, we can confidently assure that your shipment will be made promptly and arrive securely and intact to your door. You can track your shipment through the tracking system provided as well as contact our customer service via email. Each package will be carefully wrapped to avoid import taxes and will be exactly what you ordered.

Your costumes will be sent to your door by courier service EMS. After we sent out the package, we will send you an email with the tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress in 24 hours at http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html

If you are not at home, you can ask your family or friends to receive the package for you, too. You can also directly go to the postal office to receive it with the tracking number. If you have not sign for your parcel within 7 days, then the parcel will be sent back automatically by your local post. In this case, re-shipping of product will be made on your expense.
